Biography
One of the five Imperial Chancellors working directly under Kanika. Valencia was always one of the most powerful economic forces in Sol and is now in charge of the treasury for the Hassani Empire. Though she was not involved with the Hassani, even rejecting attempts to recruit her centuries ago, it was impossible to ignore her after the takeover of Sol. They had to offer her one of the highest positions of office immediately or go to war with her. The council had more respect for her than most members of Sol and opted to just give her the position rather than go through the hassle of tracking down and killing her which would inevitably invite war with the rest of the vampiric families.
As the newest member, a distinctly noticeable feature is her lack of apparent loyalty or interest in the Hassani specifically. She likes handling all the money but doesn't really seem to care about the Hassani itself. Even being argumentative with the others to get her way when maybe she shouldn't be. With exception to Kanika, she's not that kind of brave.
Old bio: Possibly the single most powerful economic influence in the system. Valencia is a member of an old vampire clan that has little significance until the modern age. Due to her shrewd business practices over a thousand years she has built her family's corporation into a force to rival the empires. She controls a little bit of everything from computers, ship manufacture, agriculture, to media giants. She has brought the ruin of many that oppose her by choking their supply lines.
