Biography
A psionic half human-drow originally arrested for drug possession. In a rather questionable privately owned prison he was thrown into isolation since the guards just didn't want to deal with his mental 'quirks' that made them uncomfortable. In an isolation cell he became what he is today. Unknown to the prison system Richard was a prodigal psion and had studied it though rarely used it. While precautions were in place against magic users, Richard's guards didn't know he was a psionic and slipped up, he was able to go on a rampage after isolated confinement drove him insane. A bounty hunter captured him two years later and had him sent to The Raven facility.
His mental state is more stable then the likes of the much more famous Eli Pierce and he's far less cruel but he still exhibits a detached personality. Richard most notably cannot handle large crowds, but is actually just as prone to isolation. If he is alone for too long he starts going really crazy. The facility has provided him with a pet cat to keep him in the golden zone where he's the least volatile.
