Biography
A more effort-savvy kind of criminal. He runs mostly scams and takes advantage of the new colony's general fear of the uncertain future. He set up bots to call and text people with amazing offers just to see who bites. His other efforts are typically focused on hiding income from being taxed and other things of that like.
He isn't very in touch with the criminal underworld but has expanded his network to include other uptown criminals who would like to pay a bit less to the local government as they aggressively over-spend to establish a foothold on the market around Koura and Somnus. One such franchise being a chain of fast food restraunts that is able to source 'local ingredients' from the planet. Then cover up how awful they taste by making it one part local fauna and nine parts sugar.
He's a non-violent number crunching crime boss whose minions are people working call centers or just along for the ride of skimming some extra money for themselves.
Prior to the invasion he did largely the same thing in Sol though had a larger network, eventually being forced to leave simply by the nature of his entire city being leveled. He was able to enter Somnus legitimately due to him having quite a bit of money from his usual dealings so he flew under the radar as he slowly started setting up his networks.
He was killed by the Kouran ganglord Kyven while protecting Aryn.
