This character has access to X tier pandem spells. Pandem casters are able to open rifts to other planes and create binds with other creatures to access their powers at the cost of accumulating pandem corruption, disrupting their ability to use arcane, psionic, and sahad magics and technologies.
Biography
A pandem tiefling bound to the demonic planes. He was actually born a tiefling due to his parents being pandem users and figured since he was already determined at birth to suffer pandem corruption he might as well just roll with it. At least the corruption doesn't affect him too badly as he isn't one of the higher tier pandem casters.
He's a rather quiet person, preferring to keep to himself and not deal with too many shenanigans if he can avoid it. Melucis used to work as a pandem caster for a spaceport to help maintain the pandem portals there for people coming and going through the planes. Not terribly exciting stuff but at least we know he's specifically good at planar hopping above all else.
