Biography
The former face of the Hero's Guild and rebellion against the Hassani. Known for her refusal to give up her crusade and iron will to continue even a losing war if that is what it takes to prevent mortals from being enslaved by the immortal. After being defeated by Kanika, the Blaiken were involved in a joint project to completely break and rebuild her with Kanika. It was clearly a statement rather than a matter of practicality. She now serves as a humiliated plaything of the Hassani and a symbol of the futility in opposing Kanika. She was always a Zankist grandmaster so the outfits they put her in don't actually inhibit her combat skills, but its clear she dresses that way now just to show how far she fell. Showing up in the attire of a harem slave even though she is the elven administrator for Thenica.
She doesn't seem to be as spiteful as one would expect. She was so thoroughly brainwashed that she even seems happy to have her position of higher office while still serving her people. Constantly immodest of her outfits, which Alnae elves normally have very strong feelings about. Making her willingness to attend government affairs with other elves all the more prominent. Behaving with overt affection and respect to the Hassani Council. Even seeming happy just to be in the presence of her superiors and craving their praise. The only real sign that something is horribly wrong is that she will begin crying randomly and seems to have no idea why. She does retain full memory of who she used to be and what she has done in the past, but shows that she is deeply ashamed and regretful of it. To the point of showing violent hatred towards those who challenge the Empire.
Despite everything that was done to her, she is still one of the three great zankist grandmasters and now one of the Hassani's heavy hitters, especially for a mortal. While her artifact was taken from her, she is still a kensei specialist and has assisted in training both Kanika and Deinuu in zankou. She is still a competent military officer and holds command over a large armed force for her territory. She would likely be deployed to war if such were to arise. Kaylen reports directly to the Hydra.
Old Bio: The Grand Marshal and councilor of the Alnae empire. She is known to be one of the greatest zankist masters in the system when it comes to knowledge and technique. She has a thorough understanding of every school and philosophy of the arts. Up until the the phantoms event she was only ranked as a colonel but with the sudden death of everyone above her in rank she was rapidly promoted to Grand Marshal. However the title is not worth as much as it once was since so much of the military has split off into separate factions, she is still the shining beacon of the original Alnae Empire as it tries to pull its strays back into the fold. She also received the position of councilor for similar reasons.
She is known for being surprisingly casual for someone of her rank and status, though this notably only started happening upon acquiring her rank and status. It appears that Kaylen realized Alnae was desperate and she could relax a little now that she had no superiors. She isn't rebellious or a ruffian, she just likes to smile.
