Biography
The matriarch of House Evershar and former third heir of House Sharen. Halisryn is a very somber and moody individual, which isn't too surprising given how she got here in the first place. She is having a particularly hard time adapting to life in the Federation and prefers to remain aboard her flagship and travel the Reach, since Reachers are closer in culture to the drow than the Federation itself. She deliberately tries to deprive herself of many luxuries to be conscious of Evershar's current financial position but struggles after having been so wealthy for so long. There are some within the house who suggest she should be replaced by a younger matriarch who can better adapt to the times and situation of the house, as is often a Sharen tradition. The only thing keeping her in place is that despite her difficulties adapting she is one of the most talented intellects of the house and has a knack for politics and social affairs in particular. Though she's one bad deal with the federation away from being deposed by force if she doesn't relinquish her position.
