Biography
Another of those convenient bounty hunters who tend to be pretty useful for picking up new hires. Delilah is a half elf-half human who wanders around the system looking for people to catch and turn in for money. She tends to work mostly for Alnae since she is a half elf and finds Shetou's atmosphere not too welcoming. Though thats mostly her cultural perception, Shetou is unwelcoming to everyone equally regardless of elfiness. She is a former colonist wild life hunter but when her colony no longer had need of her there was a bit of a lull in activity going on so to find work she turned to hunting people.
She specializes in enchantment and utilizes a wide variety of ethi gadgets and gizmos to accomplish her job. While she knows basic manifestation spells, she prefers to arm herself with ethi objects that cast those spells for her so she doesn't have to remember which spell to use in the heat of the moment. So in essence she doesn't cast fireball herself, her ring does. Since she is an expert enchanter she can recharge ethi objects using her own mana instead of waiting for it to recharge naturally so its basically just a quick cast option but she definitely lacks for creative spell modification on the fly due to this method. On the upside, she doubles as a hacker and lab tech since she utilizes enchantments.
