Can use Djinn magic that defies known physics.
Biography
No one really knows for sure who she is or where she came from. She just simply showed up one day andwent about her business. She possesses no APT, no identification of any sort, no bank accounts, and no credentials. She claims she is the daughter of a Djinn and a Dragon, and that is all we know about her past.
We have confirmed she is the one who made Arkaric's mental bits work the way they do, and that she is extremely dangerous. For the most part all reported sightings of her indicate that she...just does a whole lot of nothing. Hangs out, goes to bars, watches tv.
But the few times she does do something, the report contains a lot of 'appeared to' 'may have' and 'reason to believe's as she seems capable of defying all laws of magic and physics alike.
