Biography
An executive businessman who does business for the Sol Media corporation and its minor offshoots. Often known as the faceless suit with some good ideas that may replace his boss at the rate he's going with developing new ideas to lead to new profits.
There's not too much to say about him, he's a salary man just at a top level. He spends his weekends watching classier sports then the more violent sort that is popular across the system. He holds a business degree and enjoys fine drinks.
Of the various characters on the roster one feature about Bill that stands out is he is one of the only ones with a wife and kid, but then again most of the people on the character roster are violent shady criminals anyways.
