Biography
The most interesting that Renjala personally noted in his time learning about the extent of the phantoms secrets. Agallias is a titan, and he is a very significant problem to know the phantoms have in their back pocket. By Aryn's estimate, the only thing keeping him from just taking over Thenica single handedly are ships. Titans are invulnerable to physical damage, and Agallias is outfitted with modern technology usually reserved for ships. You're not fighting this thing with an axe. So keep some battleships handy.
Renjala never figured out where he is or what he's doing. It was only briefly mentioned that the titan was within Kanika's council. There would be an argument to be had that Agallias is the most dangerous phantom as an individual threat, the only thing that makes Kanika more dangerous is her shockingly high charisma score that must have been required to convince this thing that she should be charge.
Not much is known about Agallias other than that Valadeus said he exists. Aryn estimates even if this is the weakest titan Sol has ever seen, it would be a bigger problem than any one empire could handle at this point. Given Kanika's disposition to modern outfitting and enhancement procedures, it's probably not the weakest titan. Standing advice is to try to be funny and endear yourself to him and try not to let anyone piss him off.
