Crossbreeding
Here's how it works; there will be three numbers, all unrelated to each other. The first percentage is what chance there is of the race on the Y axis gaining Genetic dominance. The second number shows the chance of the child gaining the beneficial aspects of both races. The third number shows the chance of the child dying at birth or conception, making the cross breed choice unavailable.

The parent that gains genetic dominance is what determines what the offsprings abilities are. When dragonborn gain gentic dominance the child has their breath ability, aranea dominant gains shapeshifting, and troll dominant gives regeneration. If it is rolled to acquire both benefits the child gets the abilities of both parents at birth if the player chooses to pay the additional experience (half the cost of the crossbreed mix's cost) if they decide not to they may choose which parents power to gain. The GM will roll for the crossbreeding odds for you (cuz it currently doesn't make enough sense the way its written and you all will get confused).
Crossbred characters don't always bear resemblence to show that they belong to both parents unless otherwise detailed in the race pages that both parents have an unchanging feature. For example, a cross of a dragonborn and a human could just result in a full out dragonborn instead of an evidenced crossbred.
Crossbreeding is a real fuckup of a concept right now, so if you really wanna do it ask the GM about the specific mix your interested in for a response of wtf happens.
